Returns

Every item is made for you after you order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or a change of mind.

Damaged or misprinted orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, reply to your order email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund it at no cost.

Wrong address

Orders go into production quickly. We cannot guarantee address changes after checkout. If an order is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, reshipping costs may apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
